Effective June 2007, the New Albertson's category management will reside in the SuperValu offices located in Chanhassen, Minnesota and be responsible for the Northeast, Midwest, Inter Mountain, Southern California, and Northwest regions. This team will be assisting all SuperValu channels. There will be approximately 1,000 stores as a part of this account.

Morgan & Sampson USA utilizes the following opportunities to help increase your business:

1. Retail Support:
We work closely with the third-party reset company to ensure compliance in getting your items set within the stores they are approved for. To this end, we will work with Prism.

2. Item Review:
Given the breadth of store banners, sizes and layouts, many SKU's are not in all food stores. We make it a point to expand distribution of all successful products to as many outlets and banners as possible.

3. New Item Reviews:
We will give you accurate information of all costs involved with new item presentations. We have online capability of all new item and SuperValu paperwork.

4. Deduction and Reclamation:
As your Albertson's representative, we communicate directly with each reclamation center and warehouse on any issue.

5. Divisional Sales:
For programs needing divisional detailing, we communicate with each to insure execution. This is particularly important with seasonal and import programs.
