1921
Blaine Morgan and Carl Sampson leave what would become McKesson Drug Company and establish Morgan & Sampson, Inc.
1930
Became the distributor for Gallo Wine Company and Southern Comfort - “The Grand Old Drink of the South”
1940
Began our expansion throughout the 11 Western states by opening a Southern California office
1977
Worked with Johnson & Johnson to establish a merchandising service group to detail pharmacists for Lifescan blood monitors
1986
Became one of the first brokers to invest in state of the art IT development, consistently updated to meet all industry standards
1994
Merged with Pacific Sales Group to become Morgan & Sampson USA, & expanded nationally to 15 strategically located offices with salaried MSUSA direct employees
2014
Acquired Pacific Pioneer Brokerage, a specialist in the burgeoning natural and organic products industry
2017
Formalized agreement with Sandoz, a Novartis Division, to continue to redistribute AmLactin to all Costco locations in the United States and assist in expansion with Costco International
2018
Added a very well-respected chain drug industry expert to our executive staff to help expand shopper programs and digital marketing programs on behalf of our clients
2021
Celebrated 100 years of service to clients across America
2022
Launched a new division focused on the Health Care Channel
2025
Merged with Platinum Partners whose principal Kathy Stoterau has 20+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
